Coaching of startup 4Silence

Gunya helped founding the startup 4Silence, an organisation that develops new ways to combat noise pollution. 4Silence came to be because of the collaborated efforts of an ambitious scientifically orientated innovator and an experienced entrepreneur. A collaboration put in motion by our efforts. Furthermore, Gunya assisted 4Silence on matters relating to legal, financial, and commercial aspects (i.e. market research and business strategy).

Business development for the sustainability program of Zinnergy

Zinnergy is an organisation that links social issues related to sustainability to innovative solutions. Gunya works closely with Zinnergy. We stimulate new sustainable developments within the Zinnergy program. These sustainable developments include for instance, offering solutions to social issues important to present-day society and make contributions to the economic growth and employment.

Executive director for the foundation Gemgids

The foundation Gemgids governs developments regarding electronic government services. An interim manager from Gunya oversees and steers the rapid growth that Gemgids is currently experiencing. The interim manager develops new strategies and is responsible for their implementation. Current accomplishments include:
  • Reorganisation of Gemgids
  • Achievement of a successful audit by reorganising the organizational structure and processes and the thereupon implementation of these changes
  • Restructuring of the organization’s finances
  • Significant increase in the growth and scope of the organization’s clientele

Feasibility study Geha

Geha specialises in supplying industrial air-conditioning units. Geha additionally develops, produces, and supplies parts of industrial air-conditioning units. The parts and products Geha produces are predominantly supplied to the energy and (petro) chemical sectors.

Geha noticed she was increasingly called upon to provide assistance with system failures as well as to provide structural maintenance on her own installations. Moreover it become apparent that an increasing number of the root causes of these maintenance request originated in installations produced by competitors. These occurrences prompted Geha to research if they were dealing with a trend or a structural development within the market. Gunya was invited to answer this question. In response Gunya devised a market research plan to analyze the maintenance market and any adjacent sector. Following this analysis Gunya provided results that made Geha able to adjust her strategy in accordance with the current demands of the market.
